Default Execute a CTRL+ALT+F9 command (Array Formulas)

I am having trouble getting array formulas to update in Excel 2003. I have 2
workbooks in my application. I wrote a macro to copy and paste a range of
data from workbook 1 into workbook 2. At this time, I would like to
calculate all formulas and array formulas in workbook 2.

I have tried using Application.CalculateFull and Application.SendKeys "%^{F9}"
Neither of these options have an effect; however, when I manually activate
workbook 2 and use the keyboard to send CTRL+ALT+F9 the formulas correctly
update.

Please help!
