It is a spreadsheet of the Euro currency against Dollar. The condition should accomplish the following: If (some condition happen) then buy the Euro at the open of tomorrow and close it at the last day of the current month. Or If (some condition happen) then sell the Euro at the open of tomorrow and close it at the last day of the current month.
