Excel 2002 Workbooks.Open failed.
You may want to post the code and indicate the offending line.

The exact error is : Run-time error '1004': Method 'Open' of object 'Workbooks' failed What is going on! Even when I record a key stroke macro, and I run the recorded macro, it fails.
