Default Combo box control Drop down list moving

Hi All,
I'm having a problem with a combobox control. The combobox is filled by
a vb script. When I click on it, it shows the list ok but when I try to
scroll down the list with the scroll wheel the whole list moves down
the page instead to stepping through the items in the list. Hope this
makes sense. Does anyone know how to prevent the list from moving.

Thanks
Eric
