Yes, it is possible to program with VBA, a language that works closely
with XL.

However, in your case, you may want to check out MS Word's Mail Merge
capability. Basically, in Word create a mail merge template and
specify your XL document as the data source. Word can merge the data
creating one copy of the template customized for each row of the data
source.
