Default Toolbar with macro

Greetings. I have a question. I email out a daily report that I have a
simple macro I run when I need to delete yesterday's information to make room
for today's information. The people I send this too have asked that I take
out the macro because of the warning message they get about macros and
security. Is there a way I can creat a toolbar with my macro on, but it will
not be embedded in the worksheet? I want to have the macro so I can run it,
but when I email my report out, I do not want a macro to be embedded in the
sheet. Thanks for all the help.

The simplest might be to save you macro in the Personal.xls - a hidden
workbook that is opended with Excel. You can apply it to another open
workbook - just make sure the references are correct.

You might find using the macro recorder a simple means of creating the right
code.
