Default Possible too - ADD Text While editing a cell

Excel 2003 - XP SP2
I have users that enter text into a cell for services provided. Is is
possible while they are entering text (into a cell) to either hot-key a popup
box to select different service codes into the cell while they are editing?
or Like WORD to have some autotext entries based on a forward slash? ..
Please help me get started.

thanks

Any useful macro is disabled while you're editing the cell.

But other options may include Data|Validation
Debra Dalgleish has some very nice notes if you've never used this feature
befo

Or even Tools|autocorrect options

And even typing a unique string for each and then edit|replace to update them
when you're done typing.
