Default template 4 proj cost analysis (sales value - expenses=profit)

Can you create a template for project cost management with the following
headers/columns?

Project Title
Contract Value
Engineering Estimate (per item e.g., labor costs, supervision costs, parts)
Actual Expense (per item e.g., labor costs, supervision costs, parts)
Variance (in percentage)
Running Balance
Total for each column
Then, auto calc on profit ratios or %

Thanks very much for accommodating my suggestion
