Default Scrolling Text In Excel

Hi everybody,

I have seen some excel workbooks (attached) having scrolling text at
the top of the sheet, but the problem with that text is: It stops
scrolling when performing any action disturbs the scrolling such as:
editing cells in the same sheets or may be in other sheets within the
same workbook,,

My question is: Can I edit the code to make the text scrolls
continuously in all cases like the scrolling text in the web pages.

I hope that I find a satisfactory answer here,,

Thanks for all,
