Default PDF file creation

I have a worksheet that reads data from a lookup table ... it then needs to
create a pdf file with a specific name based on data that is read from the
lookup table. This process would then continue until all lookup values are
exhausted.

How do I pass the correct filename onto Acrobat 6.0 so this worksheet would
not require any user input on the filenames? I know how to assemble the
filename but am having problems passing it to Acrobat.

Thanks!

Are you using the acrobat print driver to create the PDF file? If so you can
pass the filename via a registry setting (or you could when I did this a few
versions of Acrobat back). Post back if you need code.

Yes I am using the Adobe Printer Driver. Could you share your registry code?

Establish a reference to Acrobat Distiller (acrodist.exe) and use the
PDFDistiller method .FileToPDF - after you printed your document as a PS
file to the Acrobat Distiller printer - no messing with the Registry.

For coding details, search the Internet for "filetopdf VBA"; I showed
some code fragments in
