Default create a print menu

Hi. I have a worksheet that is formatted to print financial data for
each division of the company. The divisions are user selected from a
dropdown box. The data is obtained from another worksheet through
vlookup formulas. I would create a print menu so that managers could
select a division or series of divisions (organizationally, some
divisions roll up to others) without having to select their divisions
from the dropdown and then use the print function. Is anyone aware of
any 'canned' macros that can do what I am looking for? I don't know
VBA.
Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.
