create a print menu
Hi. I have a worksheet that is formatted to print financial data for each division of the company. The divisions are user selected from a dropdown box. The data is obtained from another worksheet through vlookup formulas. I would create a print menu so that managers could select a division or series of divisions (organizationally, some divisions roll up to others) without having to select their divisions from the dropdown and then use the print function. Is anyone aware of any 'canned' macros that can do what I am looking for? I don't know VBA. Thanks for any suggestions you can provide. -- tmacke ------------------------------------------------------------------------ tmacke's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=16817 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=375299 |

create a print menu
There is really only one worksheet to print. The user selects a specific business unit from a dropdown list on this worksheet, and the data is retrieved from a couple of hidden worksheets using vlookup formulas. Rather than have the executives select a business unit from the dropdown, then print the worksheet, I would like to have a print feature where the executive selects the buiness unit from a list and that would automatically populate the business unit value in the dropdown box and print the worksheet. Hopefully this clarifies what I need.
