Default email a worksheet

i need to email the contents of a sheet in the body of a email.
if i have data from A1:Z20, but i only want the data from A1:C20 to be in
the body of the email, how would i NOT include D1:Z20.
Also, if there is a JPEG Inserted in the sheet, could that be inserted in
the body of the email?

thanks in advance
