I played with SelfCert, but then found out that my company has put a company
certificate in the trusted directory on each PC at our company. How do I create a (personal?) certificate based on that RCA instead of the one that selfcert uses? My assumption is that if I can create a certificate off the company RCA, then users should get the macro warning box even under high macro security, and be able to add my as a trusted source so they don't get macro warnings from me anymore. And just to make sure I understand what I'm looking at, how to I make sure the company certificate is an RCA, and not just a company "user" certificate that they actually purchased from a third-party organization like Verisign? Many, many thanks- Keith -- The enclosed questions or comments are entirely mine and don't represent the thoughts, views, or policy of my employer. Any errors or omissions are my own. |
