Default advanced filter question

hi all,
i am using the advanced filter to copy matching records to another
location.
there are 5 criteria fields that the user selects from a drop down box,
but one of the fields has similair names eg :- "A Labour - Hours Cum"
and "A Labour" and "A Labour - Hours".
i need an exact match for the output as i need to separately report.
any ideas?
