Default Displaying enteries of a certain type

We have a worksheet which stores the data re the golf lesson booked for
various people.

LESSONAMOUNTPAYMENT
DATEC USTOMER TYPETAKEN METHOD
01/01/2005 NEIL SCHNEIDER HOUR £50 CASH
02/01/2005 JAMES (MEMBER) TWO DAY £50 CASH
03/01/2005 SHANDON PARK ONE DAY £140 CHEQUE
04/01/2005 SHANDON PARK TWO DAY £250 CC
05/01/2005 EDWARD BOX PERSONAL £275 CC
06/01/2005 JUNE BENSON SHORT £80 CASH
07/01/2005 DOUGLAS BELLFOUR £140 PREPAID
01/02/2005 EDWARD BOX HOUR £40 CC
02/02/2005 DOUGLAS BELL HOUR £0 PREPAID
03/02/2005 DOUGLAS BELL FOUR £0 PREPAID

People can buy a Prepaid 4 day lessons for £140. The worksheet is managed by
people who are not very computer savy hence an easy way needs to be defined
to allow them to keep a track of prepaid lessons as to how many prepaid have
been booked and how many are left.

Can this only be done through VBA or anyother solution is available? If VBA
only can someone help with an outline of the code.

thanks
