Default Pivot Table - display only sum and count if greater then 5

Hi I created a pivot table for based on items with sum qty and count qty..
The table is sorted by item no. and i only want to display if sum of qty and
count of qty is greater then 5.
definations. Sum of Qty (added all the qty ordered)
County of Qty (counted the number of times an item was
ordered)
eg

item no Sum of Qty
Count of Qty
234 10
7
456 20
4
789 3
3
