Default changing pivot selection

I have the following line in my macro:
FREEDOM.PivotTables("FREEDOM").PivotFields("POS"). CurrentPage = sPOS

Now I want to change two pivot fields at once. If I put two of these lines
after eachother, excel will change the first field, update the pivot (which
is large) and then change the second and again an update.

Can I first change both fields, and then update the table.

Thanx.
