If you want to use the default Cell Value Is dialogs rather than Formula is,
then Select all the cells you want to format and do format=Conditional Format Cell value is Less than =today()-1 if you want to allow for blank cells Cell value is between 1 and =today()-1 -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Mirsten Choiple" wrote in message ...
