Lori,
Several things, first when are you checking if the workbox is checked? when the file is opened if so do this in the workbook module private sub workbook_open() if sheet1.checkbox1.value = true then 'insert code end if end sub where sheet1 is the sheet the checkbox is on and checkbox1 is the name of the box you are checking. of course if you wish to check when the box itself is checked then put this in the appropriate sheet module private sub checkbox1_click() ' where checkbox1 is the name of the checkbox if checkbox1.value = false then exit sub 'insert code here end sub "Lori~" wrote: I need to program a workbook around whether or not a single box is checked or not.
