E.g., =A5&B5&C5&D5&E5&F5&G5&H5&I5&CHAR(10)&J5&K5 Ensure that Wrap Text is set for the cell (Format menu, Cells, Alignment tab). -- Cordially, Chip Pearson Microsoft MVP - Excel Pearson Software Consulting, LLC www.cpearson.com "AYPCN" wrote in message ... =CONCATENATE(A5,B5,C5,D5,E5,F5,G5,H5,I5,J5,K5) how can i get J5,K5 on the next line to look like A5,B5,C5,D5,E5,F5,G5,H5,I5, J5,K5 thanx, paul m. |
