Default Concatenate

How can I concatenate three cells each with a number so that the concatenated
cell is a number, not text?

Example
A1 B1 C1 D1 (concatenated)
19 21 133 1921133

Try this:

=TEXT(A1&B1&C1,"*,***,**0,000")
