Thanks Ron. I was just getting ready to post a note saying I found the way to
do the seperation. Data-text to Coumn-delimited. Works like a champ.

On the main menu bar in Excel (the bar at the top), one of the drop down menus
is entitled "Data". One of the items on that menu is named "Text to Columns".
When you click on that item, you will bring up the "Convert Text to Columns
Wizard" dialog box.
