Default How to Download hotfix for Excel 2002 (May 6, 2004)

I am experiencing a glitch with Excel where control boxes are moving when I
print. Microsoft has a hotfix that was released on May 6, 2004, but I can't
find the actual download for it (aside from a $35.00 request from Microsoft
support-yeah right). The glitch is caused by SP3 but there doesn't seem to
be any updates available to the public that fix the problem. Does anyone
have information on this, or know how to fix the problem? Please ask if
anything needs clarified.

Thanks, Craig

Controls
Move
xl2002

According to Jim Rech:

Rather than trying to get a hotfix from MS you can get the October 12, 2004
Security Update that includes it.
