Default Visual Basic commands for email

Can anyone tell me the VB commands to send an Excel worksheet to an email
recipient?
There doesn't seem to be anything in VB Help, and recording a macro doesn't
help in this case.

In the final application all menu bars and toolbars will be turned off, and
all navigation is controlled by buttons on screen.

Thanks in hope.
