Default Interfacing with web site

I am trying to create a website that allows users to upload a photo and
input some data about themselves into a form. Similar to a Yahoo Profile.
Then I want to be able to capture the data and automatically download it
into Excel or Access. Is this doable?

Can anyone give me some direction on where to find this functionality?
Ideally I would like to do business with a Web Hosting company that will
provide the functionality to make this happen. Any suggestions?

TIA

David

Investigate Web Queries.
From the Data menu, select Import External Data | New Web Query.
