Default Error message when start a new EXCEL

It is not a programming issue. Every time that I start a new Excel
spreadsheet, it gave me an error saying something like File xxx.xla does not
exist in C:\temp folder. If I click ignore, everthing seems to be working,
but it is just annoying it happens evey time. I checked Options and did not
find anything. Please help.
