Time conversion
Just to add:
You still need to enter time with a colon. 21:00 or 9:00 PM for example. It will then display without the colon in your definition of military time. Using the colon for entry tells excel that it is a time value. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Tom Ogilvy" wrote in message ... if this is data entered in cells as a time value, the all you need to do is select the cell and do Format=Cells go to the number tab, select custom and then enter a custom format like hhmm -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Mike" wrote in message ... Looking for a way to convert time (9:00 PM) to military time (2100) Any suggestions appreciated Thanks in Advance Mike |
