Default time conversion

Hi

Without converting to minutes first, with time in A1 in the form 10:45
=A1-Time(0,5,0)
will deduct 5 minutes and give a result of 10:40

To convert a time (hh:mm:ss) to minutes, multiply by 1440 (the number of minutes
in a day). Format as a number. Then subtract your minutes.
