Default I/O Error Issue

Hi,

It seems that everytime I close an excel file, the files are still visible
on my Project Explorer window in VBE, and then if I try to execute a macro,
it gives me an "I/O Device Error". Has anyone experienced this before, if so,
how can I fix it? Thanks alot!!
