Default Determining which template created workbook

Is it possible to write a macro that identifies which template a
workbook is based on?

I know that a particular workbook was created from one of two
templates, but need to know which one.

Not really--well, you could put something unique in each template and check for
that.

Maybe a hidden name or a certain value in a cell in a hidden worksheet???
