Keeping text together
I have a worksheet with a couple hundred lines of text. There are
randomly blank lines. I would like to make my pages break on the blank line, so one group of text doesn't start on the end of one page, and start on the beginning of another. *** Sent via Developersdex http://www.developersdex.com *** Don't just participate in USENET...get rewarded for it! |

Keeping text together
You would need to insert manual pagebreaks at the places you want the pages
to break. These would have to be at locations before an automatic pagebreak is inserted. (If the page will only support 60 rows, for example, you can't put manual breaks at a 65 line interval and expect Excel to get those 65 lines all on one page). You can record how to insert a pagebreak by turning on the macro recorder and doing it manually. then you can write your code to loop through your sheet and locate the blank lines, inserting horizontal pagebreaks at those locations. -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Claud Balls" wrote in message ...
