linking 3 rows into one
I have rows of data which are complete shift records, 3 shifts per day.
Date Clerk shift Cash Credit total 12/4/04 Sam 1 $250.00 $300.00 $550.00 12/4/04 John 2 $220.00 $335.00 $555.00 12/4/04 Eric 3 $205.00 $390.00 $595.00 12/5/04 John 2 $220.00 $335.00 $555.00 I would like to temporary link all 3 shifts , into one day and view it in a report sheet that i dseigned.
