How to fill other cell with data from in-cell list?

Example data:
Worksheet 1

A B C D
1 John Street 2 NY
2 Mike Street 3 TX

Worksheet2:

A
1 "In-cell list for data in worksheet1 - list(John, Mike)" For example I
choose John

Then fill cells

A
5 Street
6 2
7 NY
