When i open Excel and then press F1, the screen need to install something...
then i searched application log as above information.
Q1) What's wrong to occur it ??
Q2) I check the regedit have the key and re-insert the key but still fail.
What can i solve it ??
Q3) I tried to re-install Access Runtime 2002 the problem was solved. Is
really re-install Access Runtime 2002 in the future ??
Q4) Need to re-install MS Office ??
