Default Running Clock

You may be in Manual Calculation mode.
Check from Tools | Options

just out of interest does anybody know why on my home computer if i set
the cell to =now() and format the cell to have seconds in it runs as a
clock but on my computer at work it just has the time of when i put
the command in and dosnt update unless i press f2 to refresh over and
over again.
