Default Error Accessing File

Hi,
I have a origram that has always worked fine. I formatted my HD and
reinstalled MS Office MX. Now I cannot open the file. I get teh following
message when I try to open the file;
"Error accessing file. Network connection may have been lost."

when I click OK and then click to enable macros on the security alert window
I get a popup window that says
"Errors were detected in "filename" but Microsoft Excel was able to open the
file by making the repairs listed below. Save the file to make these repairs
permanent."
-Lost Visual Basic Project.
-Lost Activex Controls.

Problem is when I go to the VBA editor all my code is gone. Can someone
assist me in resolving this problem. Better still if I could recover teh code
I could just add it to another macro module. Any help will be very much
appreciated
Thanks
