Default Freezing a bottom row

Hi all, I would like to freeze the sheet such that I have row 108
visible at all times... Freeze panes does the job if I want to keep
headers visible but this is the opposite. Thanks in advance! :)

thank u all for helping, I think in this case the split windows option
will work best. Cheers!
