Default Multiple sheets selection and copy


Hi All,
I have a very big report with a lot of links and formulas.
The file is very "heavy" and therefore when i send it, i send it a
values only without all links and formulas.Also, the users only ge
some of the sheets and not all of them because not all the seets ar
required for the report.

i would like to create a code(maybe a user form) that will allo
selecting which sheets will be copied by value and format to the fil
that will be sent later on to the users.

Please Help
