Default Expand Selection in Multiple Sheets

I have 180 worksheets for different companies in the same workbook, first
sheet is to paste daily market rates, replaced every day.
In individual company sheets have 5 columns i.e.

Date OpenRate HighRate LowRate CloseRate
Volume

Have pasted formula in many rows to lookup rate in Market Rate Sheet in all
columns except date, date have =now() formula.

Daily routine is to replace previous day market rates with current rate in
market rate sheet , then select the all columns cells in first formula row
and paste them as value (A30:e30) Paste Special on co.sheet1 then (A34:E34)
Copy Paste Special Values on co.sheet2.

Every sheet have different row number

what i want to do is to expand selection of row A:E to the next row on all
sheets except first one i.e. market rate and then copy paste special values
on all sheets except first one and back to first market rate sheet.

Help Required
Regards
