If the file was created in Excel 95 or Excel 5, then the menu changes were
created using the menu editor and can not be permanently changed in Excel 97/2000 or later. Jim Rech has written a utility that removes such menus. It can be found on Stephen Bullen's MVP page: http://www.oaltd.co.uk/MVP/Default.htm -- Regards, Tom Ogilvy "Krister" wrote in message ... I'm translating some Excel sheets I've made, that include custom menus for some macros. I can easily change/translate the menu options, but when I save the file, even under a different name, the changes are not saved. When I open the file the next time, the old menu comands appear again? What's wrong? I use Office 2000. -- Krister |
