Default Web pages that run an excel spreadsheet

I hired a company to build a web page that would run calculations
based on an excel spreadsheet. He said he could do it and it would
run $2000.00. Then the next meeting he said he didn't realize the
length of the calculations.

He was planning on rewriting the calculations and not using the excel
formulas at all. Now He says he can't do it.

Question: What is the best way to allow clients to go to my web page
and enter in their data so they can run my excel spreadsheets, (8
pages worth) and have the answer posted back on the web page.??

So far I have:
1) Try "xleverywhere" product and try to come up with a one sheet
spreadsheet that will work.
2)Place the Excel spreadsheet on the web by hiding the formulas.
This may expose my excel template to pirating.
3)Install Jedox.com option is too expensive; or kdcalc.com – but that
is going to increase the development cost also.

Thanks for your suggestions, Joe
