Default Records in a form?

Thanks for reply.
I am aware of that but that is not what I am looking for.
Actually I am trying to show the records in a form from
the very hidden worksheet. I want the user to edit the
records only via form so that the data validation and
other procedures can be run which includes the name of
user. It also creates the log file of who has changed what
and when. It is not possible without form.

Hope it clear now.
Thanks again.
