Default Spreadsheet as form using Access for records

I have an Access database that has a lot of records. We are going to set up
a form using Excel that uses field data for each cell on the Excel form. I
can't figure out how to link the database and the spreadsheet to do this.

How can I make the field called "Date" go to cell G7? Each record on the
database should be able to populate the entire worksheet, which will be saved
as the worksheet for that particular record.

And no, this is not my idea.
