Default Auto refreshing and printing a form with data from each row of a spreadsheet

This may be a ridiculous question...

I have a workbook that has a special form in it for filing information
on a set of data that is contained in a separate sheet. The
appropriate cells on the form are linked to the info contained in the
2nd row of the data spreadsheet, so currently, to print out 50
different completed forms, one has to copy/paste, row by row, into row
2 and then print the form sheet.

There HAS to be an easier way to do this.

Would it be best to try to work something up in VBA, or should I invest
in a different database program? Or should I give up and put my fist
through my monitor?

Any suggestions would help- the spreadsheets I have now were just
dumped on me, created by somebody else, and I find them to be too labor
intensive to take seriously.
