Default How to show index in a chart

suppose that I have 3 columns with these data
A B C
1 0.1 12.1
4 0.2 13.1
7 0.5 8.7
9 0.7 6.5

I want to use B and C to make a graph and A as indexes of these
points, so when I click on second point (for example) in the graph, it
will show ( 4 , 0.2, 13.1)

Please help me.
