Default Random Draw

I am looking for a quick routine that randomly draws between 1 and X (
will define X). I want the routine to continually run until all draw
have been completed. That is, if 3 is chosen in the first draw, it i
then removed from the remaining population in the next round.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thank

Default Random Draw

Take http://www.sulprobil.com/html/uniqrandint.html

Then select as many result cells as you want to draw,
enter the formula =uniqrandint(X) CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER
(Array formula)
