![]() Hi again, I figured out how to set the auto opening. it was slightly different: From External Data Range Properties Under "tools, data range properties” refresh Control", select the check box beside "Refresh Data on File Open" - OK After I import the data, I want it to be labelled to show if it is within a specific data range. For example: if A11 and A1<2 then label it MILD if A1 =2 and A1 <3 then label it MODERATE etc. Any ideas Thanks again Hal -- gyro2222 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ gyro2222's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=14895 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=265274 |
