Default Macro to bypass password pop up alert

Is it possible for a macro that can bypass a password pop
up window when opening another spreadsheet, which will
automatically read only so that the macro does not get
interrupted.

Any help would be awesome, thanks.

Supply the password as part of the workbook.Open command.
