VBA Error 800a01a8

My userform generates the following error when a user tries to close the
application: 800a01a8. This error occurs when the user is prompted to save
the application before it closes. If they choose not to save their work, the
error shows up. If they save before closing the application, then the error
does not appear.

Any idea how to prevent this error from occurring?
